Internet and Computer Policy

Introduction:

As the internet grows, a touch of the screen can take you through boundaries previously only dreamed of. But do you know which boundaries it is okay to cross (or even encouraged) versus which to not even mention to you that now exist? Using application exercises and a rich multimedia process, this course will take you through basic internet protocol to keep you and your employees safe and focused.

This course will examine the Internet and computer use policies that are standard for most organizations. The following topics will be discussed:

1. Why companies have Internet and computer use policies.
2. Common policies.
3. And monitoring employee behavior.
4. You will want to review your organization’s policies to make sure you understand the differences and similarities between your company’s policies and the ones we discuss in this course.

At the end of the course is a test to check your understanding.

You must pass the test with 80% score.
