Through application exercises and a rich multimedia process, this course will teach you what you need to know to create positive relationships with those you report to.
In this course you will learn:
- What ‘managing up’ means and why it is important
- You will also recognize your role in the relationship
- Learn how to appropriately ‘toot your own horn’
- Know when to call on management for help and develop a plan to implement your new skills
At the end of the course is a test to check your understanding.
You must pass the test with 80% score.
